I am relieved to know that there is a knowledgeable, capable resource that is WILLING to help. With this recent debacle involving another Insurance Company, I would venture to say we would be nowhere near finalizing the many obstacles they managed to throw at us without you on our team. Actually, in this case, I believe your persistence literally wore them down and they realized the only way to get you to go away was to hold up their end of the deal. With you holding them accountable, all is good again here. I’m glad you’re on board. And thanks for your continual efforts and follow up attitude to “close the case”.
