Anthony joined HF&C bringing, 15 years of insurance and financial service expertise. He began his career as a financial advisor providing planning for individual 403b retirement programs with an emphasis in Public Entities. After several successful years Anthony transitioned his career into risk management, working for both Nationwide Insurance and All-State Insurance. Beginning in claims, he quickly rose to the level of master large loss adjuster, handling some of the largest, most sensitive claims. After a series of successes in claims for both insurance carriers, Nationwide transitioned Anthony from claims to sales and distribution introducing him to his work with P&C Agencies. He was appointed as the sales leader for eastern New York and northern New England; during his time there he oversaw significant growth in the market where it went from being an under performing district to a top sales market nationally. In his final role prior to joining HF&C, Anthony was the Sales Director for Nationwide Private Client, their affluent client product offering, leading the platform for all states in the Tri-State area. In both sales leadership roles he consistently found ways to improve profitability, decrease loss ratios, and successfully converted several mergers/acquisitions with exclusive and independent agencies.
His focus at HF&C is to ensure excellence in every personal insurance transaction. Anthony is focused on delivering state of the art products in a streamlined service model to our diverse client base. He will be debuting enhanced features for our “Signature Clients” specializing in high net worth products and services.
Anthony holds several industry designations including as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS)and Certified Long Term Care (CLTC) specialist. In addition to his Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, he holds his Series 6, Series 63 and Series 26 FINRA Licenses in financial services.
Involvement in the community is equally important to Anthony, serving two terms as a Board of Education member in his hometown, as well as serving as the Vice Chairmen of the town committee and the Executive Vice President of the state’s youth chapter of the party. Additionally, he served as the President of a local charity organization for four years raising money for local and national philanthropic entities such as St. Jude’s Children’s hospital and CT Epilepsy Foundation.

Tara has over 30 years professional experience in sales and management with most of this time spent working with Private Client/High Net worth Clientele providing superior risk management and personal insurance consultation to clients with unique and hard to place risks. Her role at HFC is to understand the individual needs of an exclusive group of clients, providing access to specialized carriers and coverage. She continually informs, educates and provides recommendations to ensure the proper coverage is in place, all while building new relationships. Her depth of knowledge is a source of guidance for individuals and families with risks such as: homes, autos, recreational vehicles, watercrafts including yachts, rental properties, personal excess, valuable articles and art/wine collections plus many others. Tara partners with the Commercial Risk staff to closely monitor these business relationships and promote long term retention. She understands the need to provide thorough coverage analysis on a regular basis as this type of account can change rapidly throughout the year.
Tara has her certification in Travel & Tourism from Wilma Boyd plus is a licensed Insurance Agent in Life, Accident and Health as well as Property and Casualty. She resides in Marcellus with her husband and enjoys golf, traveling and spending valuable time with her family and friends.

Christy has over 20 years of professional experience in sales, management and customer support. At HF&C she provides our Signature Clients with superior Personal Insurance Risk Management. She understands the individual needs of an exclusive group of clients and the unique risks associated with multiple properties, vehicles and valuable articles. To protect these distinctive risks, Christy has developed great carrier relationships, providing access to specialized carriers and coverages. Her thorough risk assessment and subsequent recommendations provide the guidance for individuals and families with risks such as: Homes, autos, recreational vehicles, watercraft, rentals, personal excess, valuable articles, wine collections, etc. Christy is a relationship builder, understanding the need for regular review and consultation with her Signature Clients.
As a member of Assurex Global, Christy is able to provide coverage across the US and Internationally via our exclusive network of partner agencies. One of only a handful of ISO certified Insurance Agencies, HF&C is held to a higher standard service model which is audited annually and verified by a third party registrar.
Christy has her Bachelor degree in Criminology from University of South Florida and is a licensed Insurance Agent in Life, Accident and Health as well as Property and Casualty. She loves to travel, and enjoys outdoor activities. She is especially fond of animals and volunteers at a local dog shelter. She lives in Chittenango with her family.

Miranda has over 15 years of experience in the personal lines insurance industry. She specializes in offering polices to fit individual client needs with an emphasis on long-term client relationship building as well as excellent customer service. Miranda has a strong understanding of the personal liability and property coverages designated to property protect her clients. During tenure here at Haylor, Freyer, & Coon Inc. she has received multiple awards and has been promoted from Account Manager to Senior Risk Consultant due to her ability to meet and exceed company expectations all while maintaining excellent customer service rating.
In her position she helps policy holders understand their policies, and explains the different features and benefits of insurance plans. She will meet with clients to perform a cyclical review to determine if their insurance needs are being met, or if other options would be more suitable. Clients enjoy working with Miranda due to her ability to consistently satisfy their insurance needs through transparency, efficiently and providing precise feedback to ensure they have a realistic outlook of what to expect while working with her. She conveys a commitment to excellence in customer service and professionalism.
Miranda has a degree in Behavior science and early childhood education. She is licensed with NYS board of Cosmetology and has attended Bryant and Stratton to obtain her Personal, life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses. She has also obtained her ASCR designation (Accredited Customer Service Representative) through The ASCR designation distinguishes her as being prepared to meet the complex insurance challenges clients face.
In her free time Miranda enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, kayaking, volunteering, and spending time with her two sons along with other family and friends. She also enjoys interior design, hosting holiday parties and spoiling her dog.
