Anto Almasian is the Director of Surety at HF&C, where he applies a decade of industry experience to support a diverse range of contract and commercial clients across the country. In his role, Anto harnesses the network of Alera Group, a premier national broker, to deliver unique and specialized solutions to clients, providing national capabilities with a local feel.  

Anto’s area of expertise lies in contract surety for construction clients. This specialization is instrumental in helping companies grow and operate with confidence. Having worked with companies of all sizes, Anto and his team are well-equipped to provide solutions for a wide range of needs, none too large or too small.  

Anto’s approach to client relationships is deeply rooted in collaboration with industry professionals, ensuring clients receive tailored, holistic services that encompass not just bond issuance but also financial advisement and strategic industry introductions.  

Anto graduated from Colgate University and played on the Division One football team. Outside of work, Anto enjoys spending time with his young family, boating, and golfing.
