While municipalities are still responsible for maintenance of throughways as well as a myriad of public services, they now function in an environment of constant regulatory change that impacts all their operations and services, every facility and department, both elected and appointed executive leadership, and all employees. HF&C has grown its Municipal Services Division by staying ahead of this curve.
